How to REALLY Take Responsibility For Your Own Vibrational State

It is only when we begin to understand that our inner world creates our outer world that we can truly allow ourselves to take full responsibility for our lives as a whole. Why is this? It is my opinion, as seen through the lens of my current knowledge and understanding, that we are fearful of taking this level of responsibility on a very deep, subconsciously conditioned level because we realize -- consciously or unconsciously -- that we must then face ALL of our dark inner shadows and deeply rooted belief systems that do not originate from our true selves: our souls. This means that we must learn to accept and love ourselves completely, on all levels, and unconditionally, which includes those parts of us that we may label as, "bad," or, "negative." After continuous learning and research into this particular flavor of topics, I have come to understand this idea on a deeper level. Where at first I thought that this meant digging up and rehashing old mistakes, regrets, and difficult experiences to feel the pain again and then try to let go of it, the actual meaning of this is far deeper than that, and I'm certain I will uncover deeper meanings still as this awakening process continues.
My newfound deeper understanding of this process is that we don't look to the experiences themselves and the surface trauma they caused us because this still places the focus on blaming external circumstances for a self-created experience. At the soul level, you agreed to having this experience, likely before you even incarnated in this form. It is a physical manifestation of your vibrational state of being, and oftentimes we leave our minds running on autopilot, subconsciously creating based on worries, fears, anxieties, expecting the worst, and so on. These automatically running thought loops come from deeper levels of belief systems that are ingrained and have been conditioned into your subconscious mind, thus controlling you without you even realizing that this is what your ego is doing to the vessel your soul is supposed to be piloting. This is the unconscious way of living your life.

In the conscious way of living, we allow ourselves the nonjudgmental space to go beyond the superficial manifestation and into the reason behind it. Not the mind-based reason we quickly assume it might be because our fragile ego has to come up with an answer to hide the true root cause, but the reason we feel deep within our hearts that carries with it a sense of dread, curiosity, and anticipation of painful but illuminating revelation; peeling back a layer of epiphany. A person cannot discover this reason by thinking with the mind.

By focusing directly on the pain and allowing it to present itself, we show this piece of ourselves that it is worthy of light and love, along with all of its seemingly more "innocent" and therefore "worthy" counterparts. The truth is that all aspects of ourselves deserve love, and must receive love in order to fully heal. This is not a thinking process, however. This is a feeling process that will require you to look within and be completely honest with only yourself. It is, after all, solely your responsibility. When we don't take responsibility for our own pain and suffering, we unconsciously project our perceived failures and shortcomings onto other people, resulting in a never-ending cycle of blame and finger pointing, adding to the pain and toxic energy of the collective... and to our own soul energies and vibrational state. Not only that, but by giving other people credit (blame) for our pain and suffering, we are giving those other people power and control over us, therefore perpetuating the victim mentality on a deep level. We truly do hurt ourselves the most without even realizing that we're hurting ourselves. Even by hurting others we hurt ourselves because we add to our vibrational, spiritual, and emotional baggage. This can manifest as all manner of problems and illnesses and accidents within the physical world, which is what most people would ascribe to the word, "Karma," in western society's simplified version of the concept.

There are a few revelations I've had that I'd like to share with you. This idea came to me along with another one and was written down and created in a channeled style, so I certainly hope that they help you to understand this concept more fully and to begin to practice cleaning up your own vibrational state of being.

5 Revelations to Help You Take Full Responsibility

1. Realize that NOTHING in your life is an accident. The events and circumstances you find yourself in are a physical manifestation based on your vibrational state and ultimately caused by the very same. Your emotions serve as your body's indicator to your soul (the intended "driver" of your body or vessel) that your vibrational state is wonky, so paying attention to and caring about your emotional state is also important and extremely beneficial.

2. Other people are not ACTUALLY to blame for anything. As numerous channeled beings have taught us, there are NO victims, only soul contracts for experiences to help us expand and evolve on every level of our existence, eternal and physical, as it is all connected.

This is a VERY painful truth to realize, especially if we have ALLOWED others to victimize us in any way in the past. I'm an abuse survivor, but in true reality -- the unseen, energetic reality -- I (my soul) agreed to having those experiences in order to evolve and expand as a soul consciousness. Victim mentality is just that: a MENTALITY. A belief system (BS) that we as individuals have the ability to change by taking responsibility for it -- having been caused, consciously or unconsciously, by our vibrational state of being before manifesting as an experience in this physical timespace reality.

This doesn't mean we BLAME ourselves or our opposing counterparts in the circumstance, but rather that we acknowledge that it happened, acknowledge the pain and other emotions and conditioning or programming the experiences caused, and accept that it is part of our soul's journey and serves a divine purpose, thereby releasing the pain and healing a part of ourselves.

You must get to a point where you believe that everything has a divine purpose and happens in divine timing, and you can begin instilling this belief within yourself through everyday mindfulness practice, paying attention to the signs the universe presents you with, and allowing yourself to make those connections without judging them as well as feeling that sense of knowing that comes from being in touch with your inner being, your soul.

3. If you find yourself wanting to react to something, remember that your outer physical experience is a reflection of your inner vibrational and emotional state of being. Whatever frequency your energy is emitting is what you are in alignment with, and therefore this is what you will attract back into your field of perceivable reality. This problem can be solved not by looking at the incident itself but by looking within to learn why this particular incident is triggering the emotional response you find yourself wishing to react with.

To help you work through these moments more constructively, it helps a great deal to take a few deep breaths, go within, and sincerely ask yourself: "Why does that matter?" Consider this question not only with your physical mind, but also with your emotions. Focus on how the feeling feels and what the associated pattern of behavior is. Was this behavior just a practiced unconscious habit? Did it stem from an unpleasant or uncomfortable experience? Focus very much on your inner self here. What within your life, your experience, and your behavior patterns evokes this type of reaction from you? How was this behavior conditioned into your belief systems? You may uncover something truly illuminating about yourself this way. "Why does it matter?"

4. Realize that taking good care of yourself in every way possible is the absolute most effective way that you can SHOW yourself how worthy you are, that you can show yourself love unconditionally. Taking good care of yourself simply means exposing your sensory systems to mostly good or high vibration input, if not ONLY good or high vibration input. Of course this won't always be possible, but if you can get to a point of mostly experiencing positive or good-feeling things, then the negative or bad-feeling things will organically affect you less and less, meaning they won't affect your vibrational state as much, either.

Now, remember that the inner, emotional state you find yourself in is what determines the manifestations in your outer reality. The most effective way to get to a good-feeling vibrational state is to follow your inspiration. Follow your bliss. If you feel called or inspired to do something, do it. You never know what your inner being has in store for you around the corner, but maintain your faith that it will serve the absolute greatest good and you will be taken care of every step of the way.

5. Remember that everything is energy first, and things will affect you precisely the way that you BELIEVE -- at your very conditioned core -- that they will.

To fully grasp this, it's important to realize that we all have levels or layers of beliefs, which is why I sometimes refer to the awakening process as uncovering layers of epiphany. This happens because sometimes you can't fully know or understand something without knowing and understanding a combination of other things first so that your mind can make the connections and help you to realize your truth.

Seeking knowledge on an intellectual or brain level can help you to open those doors, as it did me. Doing research for my science fiction novel helped as well because I learned a lot about the limitless possibilities that exist in the technology world. I have always found it fascinating to be introduced to the concept of a cell phone all the way back when Star Trek was on the television all the time. I was a child, and as a child I also had a dream at one point that I was riding in the back seat of an SUV of some kind and there were screens attached to the backs of the seats so we were watching TV in the car. This was sometime in the early 90s, way before the flat screen TV even first came out. If we as humans can imagine it, then it will come to be because we are the architects of our own reality, and as more science is uncovered and revealed, more technological advances will become possible, and anything we can dream of can become reality. This has already been proven... it still tends to take quite a long time in this 3D existence, but I'm sure we'll master the art of manifesting things more quickly very soon.

It doesn't matter HOW you begin peeling back these layers, but some of your revelations will likely shock you, as well as evoking all manner of other emotions. This is part of the divine teaching and cleansing process of a spiritual awakening. It is NOT for the faint of heart, nor is it an easy process, but from what I understand, it is very well worth it to undergo this transformation and transcendence.

You have the greatest power within yourself. Within you lies the connection to source energy, and it is within every single human being as well as everything else in existence. Our job in the process is to tune into it, learn how to access it, and then practice doing so on a regular basis so that we can continuously learn, grow, expand, and evolve.

YOU have the power to change the world. By being true to your soul and stepping into your own power and light, you can become the change you wish to see and inspire others to do the very same. It's not up to anyone else. And everyone else is not your business. What you do has the power to change everything, simply by your existing and being exactly in the right place at the right time in divine timing, and being aware of this power you have access to at every present moment, including now.

You are amazing!
